Overview of the road infrastructure design project for the Sea Breeze resort and residential complex. Hydrotrans Engineering developed the schematic plan for the automobile roads along with detailed cross-sections for various road types (Type A, B, C, D). The project documentation includes the planning of traffic lanes, bus lanes, bicycle and golf cart paths, and sidewalks , ensuring a well-organized transportation network designed across two construction stages

 

A comprehensive transport network project designed to integrate the resort with major external highways (Nardaran, Kurdakhani, Bilgah — Pirshagi).

Scope and Phases

• Total Length: Over 11 km of new roadways.

• Phase 1 (2025-2026): Construction of 8.94 km of primary sections.

• Phase 2 (2026): Extension of the network by 2.12 km.

• Intersections: 7 roundabouts (Dairə 1–7) to ensure efficient traffic flow.

Standard Road Profiles

The project features 4 road types (widths from 25m to 38m), including:

• Dedicated lanes for buses and golf carts.

• Bicycle paths and wide pedestrian walkways (up to 3.5m).

• Landscape zones and central medians (up to 9m).

Supporting Infrastructure

The road network is fully integrated with power supply systems (substations up to 2500 kVA), water reservoirs, and outdoor parking facilities.
