The main purpose of the engineering of the road bridge was to connect the Absheron Peninsula with the village of Pirallahi and improve the transport connection of the village.

During engineering, an important point was to create conditions for the movement of water transport vehicles under the middle span of the structure. The approaches related to this project and the bridge crossing are designed over the existing embankment dam (road) connecting the peninsula with the village of Pirallahi.

The average span of the bridge with a length of 81.4 m is an arch with a ride on top, the upper part and the arched parts are made of prestressed monolithic reinforced concrete.
