"Venetian Harbour" Marina — Completion of Structural Design for Section 1

We are pleased to announce that the structural design of Section 1 has been successfully completed as part of the "Venetian Harbour" project, located within the Sea Breeze residential complex (Nardaran, Baku).

The design takes into account the complex geological conditions of the Caspian Sea coastal zone and includes monolithic reinforced concrete structures that ensure the reliability and durability of the building.

Structural components include:

• Reinforced concrete bored piles using the Fundex method;

• Reinforced concrete beams;

• Reinforced concrete slabs;

• Reinforced concrete walls.

All monolithic works are carried out at temperatures not lower than +5 °C. In case of a temperature drop, winter concreting technology is applied in accordance with SNiP 3.03.01-87.

The design documentation includes:

• General view of Section 1;

• Longitudinal and cross-sections;

• Building facades;

• Detailed geological conditions: groundwater level and soil types.

The completion of the structural design marks a significant milestone in the implementation of the project, and we look forward to the next stages of construction.
